About Law Office of Caryn Ragin, Esq.

Attorney Caryn Ragin is a proud graduate of THE Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and Washington State University (Go COUGS!). She comes from a generational military family, both of her parents and her husband all proudly served and retired from the U.S. Air Force, not to mention countless relatives through the years.  She is married to a retired service member. Service, justice, and fairness were the foundation of her upbringing.


This informs how she practices law, dedicating her legal service to the backbone of America: Entrepreneurs, small business owners, mom and pop organizations and landlords. The people who employ and house nearly half of America respectively.  With a background in public relations and M.A. in Communication in addition to her law degree, Attorney Ragin understands that every area intersects. This informs how she advises clients; she draws on her experience in business, education, government, non-profits, and real estate. She takes a global approach to most matters.  


Attorney Ragin participates in community programs through the Washington State Bar Association, Eastside Legal Assistance Program (ELAP) and the Call-to-Duty service programs. While her husband was active duty, she volunteered her time with the Area Defense Council providing pro-bono service in the judicial defense of Airmen. Attorney Ragin is an accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans’ benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and a member of the Veterans Pro-Bono Consortium.
